Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 5+ years’ experience preferred in HVAC.
• EPA or safety certifications recommended for field work.
• Must possess licensing/certification as required by local regulations for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and parts used.
