HomeServe Skilled Trades, LLC is seeking an entry-level Service Technician I to support routine HVAC service and maintenance. You will diagnose, service, and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, while maintaining professionalism and safety on every call.

Under close supervision, you will handle parts delivery, paperwork, and customer interactions, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience and certifications in a dynamic field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration issues.
• Experience 0–2+ years in HVAC preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose issues and repair HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver parts and equipment to complete service work; collect payments when needed.
• Communicate with dispatch and provide status updates during calls.
