Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to support routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work under supervision and assist the Service Technician on calls, handling parts delivery and customer communication.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with some HVAC exposure; EPA and safety certifications are valued. Must be flexible for on-call shifts and maintain a professional, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 0-2+ years’ HVAC experience; technical training certifications preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications as required by local laws.
• Basic knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation equipment and related accessories.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Assist Service Technician during service calls under supervision.
• Record all required information on handheld device and complete forms accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch to report status and availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote services to customers.
