Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all HVAC repairs to applicable codes.
• Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection.
• Communicate effectively with the customer regarding questions, concerns, and problems.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
