Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician in Tennessee. You will perform inspections, diagnose and repair residential systems, and ensure work meets code requirements. You will coordinate parts, communicate with customers, and mentor apprentices as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a high school diploma or GED, with NATE or HVAC diploma preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrates strong customer communication and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough HVAC inspections and repairs to code.
• Order parts and coordinate with dispatch for service readiness.
• Communicate with customers regarding questions and concerns; mentor apprentices.
