A minimum 3–5 years in HVAC, EPA and NATE certifications, and a valid driver’s license are required. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years verifiable HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems (cooling, heating, ventilation).
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct problems.
• EPA/NATE certifications preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections.
• Carry out repairs and replacements to applicable codes.
• Procure parts and manage day-of-service readiness.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or designated purchasing team.
• Communicate effectively with customers about questions and concerns.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
