Hiller is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform thorough inspections and reliable repairs to residential systems. You will manage parts orders, coordinate with dispatch, and clearly communicate with customers to resolve questions and concerns.

The ideal candidate should have EPA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. NATE certification is preferred, and the role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or diploma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection.
• Perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes.
• Facilitate order for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or other designated purchasing team administrators.
• Effectively communicate with the customer regarding questions, concerns and problems.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
