Job summary

Applied Climate Solutions, an HVAC equipment and building automation solutions provider, is seeking a Service Technician to support startup, warranty, service repairs, and preventive maintenance for commercial and residential applications.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, ability to read schematics, and at least 3 years of journey-level HVAC experience. A valid driver's license and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of journey-level HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide startup and warranty support for factory equipment supplied by ACS.
• Coordinate warranty claims with manufacturers and service partners.
• Manage parts procurement and coordination with manufacturers.
• Perform diagnostics, service, and upgrades on electronic controllers.
• Oversee large service projects including subcontractors and scheduling.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical inspections and maintenance to ensure performance.
• Prepare preventive maintenance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Advise clients on additional services to improve equipment performance.
• Travel as needed for national account projects and training opportunities.
