Job summary

Legacy Heating and Air, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial systems on-site. You will work with air handling units, ductwork, and related components while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and communicating findings to customers. A valid license, EPA 608 certification, and 2+ years of field experience are required; benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan).
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance.
