Legacy Service Partners invites applications for an HVAC Technician - Service to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems across our service footprint. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance with clear customer communication.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, proven residential HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and workload.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and efficiently complete calls.
• Communicate with customers professionally, explain repair options, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Document service activities, equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Stay updated on industry advancements to enhance skills.
