Job summary

Hiller’s is seeking an experienced HVAC Inspector/Technician to perform thorough inspections, execute repairs to code, and coordinate parts for daily service rounds. You will communicate clearly with customers and mentor apprentices to uphold our quality standards.

Applicants need 3–5 years in HVAC, EPA Certified, with a valid driver’s license; NATE and HVAC diploma/certification preferred. We offer year-round work, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive CARE culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC operation (air conditioning, heating, ventilation).
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections.
• Perform HVAC repairs and replacements to code requirements.
• Coordinate parts orders and ensure readiness for service day.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or purchasing team.
• Communicate effectively with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Train and mentor apprentices in field operations.
• Maintain courteous conduct with customers and colleagues.
