Job summary

Hiller’s is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform thorough inspections and repairs to applicable codes, order parts, and ensure readiness for daily service. You will train apprentices, communicate with customers, and uphold professional standards while supporting a growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Knowledge of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections.
• Perform HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes.
• Facilitate order for parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or purchasing team.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding questions and concerns.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
