You will communicate with customers, mentor apprentices, and uphold a courteous, professional demeanor while maintaining high service standards across all jobs.

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of fundamental HVAC operating principles (air conditioning, heating, ventilation).
• Able to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections.
• Perform HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes.
• Order parts for appointments and ensure day-of-service readiness.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or purchasing team.
• Communicate with customers regarding questions or issues.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
