Qualifications for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician

• Minimum of 6 years of HVAC service experience in a commercial setting
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics, with basic refrigeration knowledge
• EPA universal certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights over 8 ft, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability for overtime, weekends, flexible start/end times, and on-call rotations
• Basic hand tools and a tool bag
