Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician eager to advance your skills with a reputable local leader? In this role, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, service, install, retrofit, startup, commission, and maintain various commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including DX split systems, rooftop units, SWUD units, WSHPs, chillers, boilers, pumps, and cooling towers. Candidates with 3+ years of experience or equivalent training and education are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary

The Service Technician installs, repairs, and maintains HVAC systems, diagnosing issues, explaining solutions clearly to customers, relaying costs, and offering alternatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Duties/Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC units in commercial or industrial buildings.
• Install ductwork and thermostats.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot existing units.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts and order replacements.
• Follow safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
