Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith - Cincinnati is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and guide customers to informed decisions by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We offer industry-leading compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including telehealth, Health Savings Account and 401k, disability and life insurance, and paid time off. On-call rotation and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification Type 1 & 2 is required.
• NATE Core certification and two specialties preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete service, tune-ups, and inspections in a safe, professional manner.
• Take work direction from the dispatcher courteously.
• Fill out service invoices with 100% accuracy.
• Complete closeout process with 100% accuracy after job completion.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep company truck clean inside and out.
• Participate in training to grow as a professional.
• Available for on-call service rotation.

What Will I Do?

• Complete all assigned work (service, tune-ups, inspections) in a complete, safe, and professional manner.

• Properly complete required paperwork.

Do I Have What it Takes?

• Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle.
• Pass EPA 608 Certification Type 1 & 2.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Nate Certifications Core and 2 specialties. (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Have basic industry tools
