Thomas & Galbraith in Cincinnati is seeking a service technician to diagnose and repair residential drain systems, guiding customers to confident, informed buying decisions.

You will perform service calls or in-shop repairs, complete warranty paperwork, promote service plans, track time on tasks, and maintain vehicles and tools to meet performance goals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.
• A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise.
• Accurately complete required warranty paperwork.
• Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients.
• Track time and inventory daily.
• Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.
• Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills.
