Job summary

Ready & Able Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an HVAC technician to join our residential service team in Pennsylvania. You will perform heating and cooling repairs, maintenance, and on-call duties, with no overnight on-call required.

You will receive a generous base hourly pay plus incentives and commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement accounts, and a company truck.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with heating and air conditioning codes.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely and courteously driving company vehicles.
• Performing heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenances.
• Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly.
• Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls.
• Tracking materials and maintaining inventory.
• Communicating effectively with customers, providing solutions and quotes.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Primarily residential work completing maintenances and service calls on customers heating and cooling systems. No Overnight on call!
