Job summary

Wolfer’s Home Services in Wilsonville, OR is seeking an HVAC Residential Service Technician. You’ll be the face of our company, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, while delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to revenue growth.

We offer $25-$35 per hour with bonus opportunities, bi-weekly pay, 75% paid medical premiums for you and 50% for family, company-matched 401K, paid holidays and PTO, all required tools provided, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required: 2 years.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and engage with customers.
• Willingness to work Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert in the customer's home.
• Drive revenue growth through service and sales.
• Repair, maintain, and diagnose HVAC systems.
• Keep daily logs of truck inventory.
• Test all completed work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Residential Service Technician at Wolfer’s, you’ll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to make sure they feel heard and valued. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully to their concerns, and work hard to find the best solutions for their comfort needs. You’ll be their trusted advocate—ensuring they get the service they deserve while also looking for ways to help the business grow and drive revenue growth.

Duties:

• Be the technical expert in our customer's home.
• Driving revenue growth through sales.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.
• Troubleshoot defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
• Keeping daily logs of truck inventory.
• Tests all completed work.
• Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• HVAC experience required: 2 years.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
• Preform diagnostic work on all HVAC equipment.
• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Offers multiple solutions based on the customer's concern(s).
• Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
• Work a Tuesday - Saturday or a Sunday - Thursday shift.
