Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems. You will perform tune-ups, replacements, and expertly communicate with homeowners about service options to ensure quality outcomes.

The role offers year‑round, full‑time work with hands-on training, a clear career path, and a company vehicle after onboarding to support field operations. Strong attention to safety and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (minimum Type II).
• Hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and recommendations.
• Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records.
• Follow all safety and company protocols while keeping a clean, professional work environment.
