Job summary

Tevis Energy is seeking an Heating/Air Conditioning Technician to plan, install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour.

The role emphasizes fast-paced collaboration, high customer service standards, and hands-on diagnostics in residential or commercial settings. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• 3+ years HVAC experience preferred (oil, gas, air conditioning, ductless).
• Strong customer communication and creating a positive customer experience.
• Ability to diagnose and recommend repairs and complete repairs.
• Self-motivated, able to work alone or in a team.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to climb, lift, stoop, crouch, crawl, or kneel.
• Comfort with tablet/smartphone technology.

Job description

The Heating/Air Conditioning Technician will plan, implement, perform maintenance, installation, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

$25-$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where interruptions may occur.
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience preferred (oil, gas, air conditioning, ductless), but will consider other applications.
• Great customer communication skills and creating a positive customer experience.
• Ability to diagnose, make recommendations for repairs, and complete repairs.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to climb, lift, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
• Knowledge and ability to operate tablet/smartphone technology.
