Ready & Able Plumbing, Heating & Air in Goldsboro, NC, is seeking a motivated technician to join our residential service team. You'll perform heating and cooling repairs, maintenance, and respond to service calls with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

This role offers a base pay with incentives, a potential signing bonus, company vehicle, uniforms, and tools provided. You’ll work 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, with on-call rotation and opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with heating and air conditioning codes and regulations.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and ability to work collaboratively.

Mansioni

• Safely and courteously driving company vehicles.
• Performing heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenance.
• Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly.
• Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls.
• Tracking materials and maintaining inventory.

Opportunity to work (5) 8 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour shifts. Earn a generous base hourly pay plus incentives and commissions. As a valued member of our team, you'll take on exciting challenges, deliver exceptional service, and make a real difference in the lives of our customer. Primarily residential work completing maintenances and service calls on customers heating and cooling systems. No Overnight on call!
