Job summary

Ready & Able Plumbing, Heating & Air in Pennsylvania is seeking an HVAC technician to service residential heating and cooling systems, performing maintenance and repairs on-site. You can work (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts, with a base hourly pay plus incentives and commissions for your skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with heating and air conditioning codes and regulations.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely and courteously driving company vehicles
• Performing heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenances.
• Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly
• Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls
• Tracking materials and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with customers, providing solutions and quotes
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
