Sunset Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is hiring an HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician in The Dalles, OR. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems, working with a team devoted to high-quality work and customer care.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose faults.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and perform emergency repairs.
• Engage with customers to explain issue and outcomes; recommend services for optimal performance.

What You'll Do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

• 1+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Someone who fits well in a family‑oriented, community‑focused environment
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
• Bring a positive attitude and pride in your craft
• Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
