Qualifikationen

• 1+ years HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willing to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Aufgaben

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems (reheat coils, air handling units, ducts, vents, condensation drainage).
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customer to inform issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

What You'll Do:
