Sila Services is expanding its Stoneham team and seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship while driving outcomes in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate.
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety standards.
