What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Complete service documentation accurately in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and personal inventory
• Follow all company safety standards and best practices

What We're Looking For
