Job summary

Sila Services is growing and seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our Stoneham team. If you are a skilled residential service technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, explain findings to homeowners, and document work using ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
