Sila Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join the Stoneham, MA team. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, perform maintenance, and deliver top-notch customer service.

The role requires EPA Universal Certification, a clean driving record, and a minimum of 3 years in residential HVAC service. A company vehicle and ongoing training are provided.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
