Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
• EPA certification and Journeyman license are a plus.

• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on indoor air systems and site needs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and propose replacements.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, filter replacements, and tune-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $150,000 USD
