Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC.
• Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams.
• Knowledge of field service practices and procedures.
• Understanding of property maintenance principles and practices.
• Ability to work with boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems (if applicable).
• Familiarity with HVAC system design principles.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC)systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
• Follows safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems
