AllWaysHVAC in Weaverville, NC is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician to service heating and air conditioning systems in light commercial and residential settings. You will be a reliable, hardworking HVAC professional seeking to advance your career in a growing local operation.

Key responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, inspecting and cleaning coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components and filters, and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes

Qualifications

• Must have EPA certification.
• Experience with residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Inspect and clean coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components, and filters.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards and company procedures.
