Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Freon certifications
• Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration and gas piping, system startup and operating procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking
• Strong customer service and interaction skills on jobsites
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous supervisory/mentoring experience is a plus
• Previous experience installing in commercial settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• May cut, build and install ductwork and/or furnaces as needed
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s)
• Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Install Helpers
