Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to perform installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, minimize downtime, and deliver high-quality service across various commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Service equipment including rooftop units, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and VRF/VRV systems
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
• EPA Certification (required)
• Solid understanding of HVAC safety standards and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred
