Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Central Virginia Building Services team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and their control systems on-site, delivering reliable service to our clients.

We value career-minded professionals with strong diagnostic and repair skills, a Journeyman's license (preferred), and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Service Technician for commercial/industrial systems.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills on complex HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and control systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts, disassemble/assemble components, and perform necessary repairs.

A Day In The Life

• Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You Should Have

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
