Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Gaithersburg, MD team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and related controls.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Service Technician with focus on troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required; OSHA safety regulations knowledge is important.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and associated control systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts, disassemble/assemble components, and perform necessary HVAC repairs.

A Day In The Life

• Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You Should Have

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
