Job summary

ColonialWebb in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Building Services team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain large commercial HVAC systems and related controls to keep facilities running efficiently.

We offer competitive pay ($33-$50/hour with overtime), a company vehicle, a 401(k) plan with company match, PTO and paid holidays, and comprehensive health benefits. OSHA safety awareness and a valid journeyman license are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose breakdowns, test parts, and perform repairs on HVAC systems and controls.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge.
• Journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

A Day In The Life

• Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You Should Have

• Work experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
