Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Glen Burnie, MD team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and related controls, ensuring reliable operation for our clients.

Ideal candidates have a background in commercial/industrial HVAC, strong diagnostic skills, and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations. Journeyman license preferred but not required, with overtime opportunities and full company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Service Technician, troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Journeyman's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and control systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns, test parts, disassemble and assemble components, and perform repairs.

A Day In The Life

• Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You Should Have

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman\'s license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
