Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Central Virginia Building Services team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and related controls on commercial projects in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Work experience as HVAC Service Technician with troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large-sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and perform necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and components.
