• Five years of proven experience as a residential HVAC technician.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities:

• Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by understanding and exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in any paid training Tony's determines relevant to your HVAC technician role. These trainings may or may not be during normal work hours.

Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years of proven experience as a residential HVAC Technician.
• An EPA certificatio is required.
• Advance knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot.
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
