Redwood Services in Warrensburg, NY is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of HVAC systems, from furnaces to mini-splits, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with customer-facing residential service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, minisplits, and IAQ equipment.
• Inspect and test equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Navigate attics and crawlspaces as needed.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Present financing and maintenance opportunities to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams.
• Keep service vehicle and work area clean and organized.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
