Job summary

Southern Air LLC in McComb, MS is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment and to present recommendations for upgrades. You will prioritize customer service and participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• EPA Type II (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.
