The role requires 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, a clean Georgia driver’s license, and excellent communication. A company vehicle, tools, and ongoing training are provided as part of a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Test systems and communicate findings and upgrade options to homeowners.
• Work with the team, follow safety protocols and maintain tools.

The compensation for this position ranges from $27–$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus uncapped commissions based on performance. A sign-on bonus of up to $1500 is also available, dependent on experience.

Schedule

As our HVAC Service Technician, you will dispatch daily to job sites directly from your home, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

All We Need From You Is

• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus!

Your day starts at home, dispatching to various job sites to address HVAC needs. You troubleshoot issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and test systems for optimal performance.
