Self Brothers Heating & Cooling in Marietta, GA seeks an HVAC Service Technician to dispatch daily from home, serving residential customers with maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You will work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with a full benefits package and a fully equipped take-home company vehicle.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and testing systems, while communicating findings and upgrade options to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record.

The compensation for this position ranges from $27–$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus uncapped commissions based on performance. A sign-on bonus of up to $1500 is also available, dependent on experience.

SCHEDULE:

As our HVAC Service Technician, you will dispatch daily to job sites directly from your home, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:

• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus!

Your day starts at home, dispatching to various job sites to address HVAC needs. You troubleshoot issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and test systems for optimal performance.
