Job summary

Opportunity Interactive is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential-focused team in the Greater Dracut area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems with an emphasis on quality service and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong diagnostic skills. A valid driver's license and clear driving record are required, with opportunities for growth and stability

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled service appointments.
• Identify electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
• Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to homeowners.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding job status, inventory needs, and field observations.
