Job summary

Canfield is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician (Residential) to join our growing team in Lowell, MI. You will diagnose, repair and maintain heating and cooling equipment, while delivering strong customer service and professional workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HVAC service experience, a HVAC degree or equivalent certification from a technical school, and a valid driver's license. We offer hourly pay ($25–$40) with potential bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills

• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 / hour

Total compensation potential of $55.00/hr + with uncapped commission
