MATHEWS CCAC is a family-owned HVAC service company in Corpus Christi, TX, seeking a self-motivated technician to join our growing team. Technicians are paid hourly plus commission, with full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holidays, PTO and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Service Experience required.
• Experienced in trouble shooting, repairing, and selling HVAC.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Present options on new HVAC units.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS.
