Job summary

We Care Heating & Air in Fort Walton Beach, Florida is seeking qualified HVAC Service Technicians. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HVAC service experience and must be willing to learn. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• 2+ years HVAC service experience is required.
• Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
• Must be 21 or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems including ductwork.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly.

What you will DO:

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan)
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance

What you NEED:

• 2+ years HVAC service experience
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Must be 21 or older
• Eligible to work in the US
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
