HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Houston, TX

If you're a seasoned commercial tech who'd rather start up and troubleshoot real equipment than chase a service-call quota, this one's worth a look. Our client is a growing commercial HVAC contractor working on high‑rise buildings, tenant remodels, and warehouses across Texas. They pay $35–$45/hr, provide a truck and gas card, and have no on‑call rotation.

THE BASICS

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $35–$45/hour, depending on experience (exceptional candidates considered up to $50/hour)
Service Area: Based in Houston. Occasional travel to Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio job sites as needed, with hotel and per diem covered. No relocation required.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Some jobs start earlier (4:00–6:00 AM) depending on site restrictions.
On-Call: None. This is not a service role with on-call responsibilities.
Reports To: Field Supervisor

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems on your own, without needing a lead tech on site
