Blue Collar Services in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related equipment, while explaining options to customers and preparing estimates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC experience, a Texas license (or credentials), and strong diagnostic skills, with a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive residential HVAC experience.
• Light commercial experience is a plus.
• Texas HVAC license strongly preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and controls.
• ServiceTitan or similar field-service software experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers
• Prepare estimates, document work, collect payments, and close out jobs using ServiceTitan

• Follow safety procedures, codes, and industry best practices
• Assist less-experienced technicians when needed

Experienced HVAC Technician Wanted

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing HVAC company serving the Houston market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technician who can confidently diagnose and repair HVAC systems, communicate well with customers, and work independently.

A Texas HVAC license or applicable licensing credentials are strongly preferred, but highly experienced technicians without a license will also be considered.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Full-time position with some on-call and weekend rotation during peak season
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and Houston heat
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders
• Employment may be contingent upon background check, driving record review, and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$75,000+ annually, depending on experience, licensing, and qualifications, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
